1. THIS RESERVATION ENTITLES ONLY TO THE ABOVE
STATED ACCOMMODATION AND
SPECIFIED INFORMATION.

IN KEEPING WITH OUR HEIGHTENED SECURITY
PROCEDURES WE REQUEST YOU TO PROVIDE YOUR PHOTO IDENTITY PROOF BEFORE THE ORGANIZED EVENT TOUR + TRAVEL WITH A CAUSE

THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT/REJECT
THE GUESTS. IN CASE OF NON SUBMISSION OF THE PROOF OF IDENTIFICATION, ONE
CAGAYAN VALLEY EVENTS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DENIED CHECK IN DUE TO
AFORESAID REASON.

DURING HIGH TRAFFIC PERIODS LIKE CHRISTMAS AND
NEW YEAR, THE HOTELS MAY CHARGE ADDITIONAL FOR COMPULSORY SUPPLEMENTS THAT NEED
TO BE PAID DIRECTLY AT THE HOTEL.
5. THIS RESERVATION IS NON TRANSFERABLE / NON ENDORSEABLE / NON REBOOKABLE. ANY REBOOKING
WILL BE CONSIDERED AS NEW BOOKING WHICH IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND
ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
6. ANY ALTERATION MADE
WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM
ISSUING OFFICE WILL
BE DEEMED NULL/VOID.

ANY INCIDENTAL/PERSONAL EXPENSES AND/OR ANYTHING
THAT IS NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED IN THE PACKAGE INCLUSIONS WILL BE CHARGED ON
GUEST’S OWN ACCOUNT.

NO REFUND WILL BE EXTENDED FOR ANY UNUSED
SERVICES OR TICKETS,
CANCELLATION, NO SHOW OR EARLY DEPARTURE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE DATE.
9.
STRICTLY NO AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION IS ALLOWED
ONCE BOOKING IS CONFIRMED AND FINALIZED.
10.
WHOLE GUARANTEED PERIOD, FULL CHARGE PENALTY FOR
ANY CANCELLATION,
AMENDMENT AND NO SHOW. NO REFUND
FOR NO SHOW / OFFLOADED GUESTS.

2000 Downpayment is non-refundable but transferrable to other
joiner/s. Remaining balance will be collected one week before the event.

ONE CAGAYAN VALLEY EVENTS WILL NOT BE HELD
LIABLE FOR ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES CONTRACTED DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES SUCH
AS A RESULT OF FORTUITOUS EVENTS OR ACTS OF GOD (INCL. FIRE, FLOOD, EARTHQUAKE,
STORM, HURRICANE/TYPHOON OR OTHER NATURAL DISASTER), WAR, INVASION, ACTS OF
FOREIGN ENEMIES, HOSTILITIES, CIVIL WAR, REBELLION, REVOLUTION, INSURRECTION OR
MILITARY OR USURPED POWER OR CONFISCATION, TERRORIST ACTIVITIES,
NATIONALIZATION, GOVERNMENT SANCTION, BLOCKAGE, EMBARGO, LABOR DISPUTE, LABOR STRIKE,
HIRED LOCAL TOUR GUIDE INEPTITUDE OR LOCAL TOUR GUIDE STRIKE AND/OR CIRCUMSTANCES
BEYOND ITS CONTROL. THE DETAILS OF THESE TERMS & CONDITION DO NOT REMOVE
THE COMMON LAW DUTY TO MITIGATE LOSSES.
13. ONE CAGAYAN VALLEY EVENTS HAVE THE FULL RIGHTS TO MOVE THE EVENT
INCASE THAT THE WEATHER CONDITION IS NOT GOOD FOR SEA TRAVEL. EXPECT FOR PLAN B
EXECUTION AT A COMPRESSED TOURS. IF THE CLIENT CANCELS REBOOKING, HER PAYMENTS
WILL BE CONVERTED TO TRAVEL FUND BUT THE 2000 PESOS NON-REFUNDLE PAYMENT WILL
BE DEDUCTED FROM HIS/HER TRAVEL FUND OR HE/SHE WILL GET REFUND LESS 2000 PESOS.
14. ONE
CAGAYAN VALLEY EVENTS HAVE THE FULL RIGHTS TO ACCEPT OR DENY ANY TOUR BOOKINGS
IF THE CLIENT DIDN’T PROVIDE COMPLETE GUESTS DETAILS.

CANCELLATION DUE TO BAD WEATHER - REBOOK OR EXPECT FOR PLAN B EXECUTION AT COMPRESSED TOURS (Refer to 13.)
CANCELLATION BY ONE CAGAYAN VALLEY EVENTS - FULL REFUND by release batch installment proportional to cash received. Hence first release refund will be 50% but not exceeding 10,000 pesos, next release is another 25% but will not exceed 10,000 pesos, third refund release is 25% but will not exceed 10,000 pesos and final refund will be on the same conditions.
